Oleksandr Lytvynenko

• 2006-2010: Secretariat of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, where he held the positions of Deputy Head of the Information Security Department and Head of the Information Security Department.
• 2010-2014: National Institute for Strategic Studies, where he headed the Center for National Security Studies.
• 2014-2019: National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, where he served as Deputy Secretary of the NSDC and First Deputy Secretary of the NSDC.
