Dmytro Kuleba

Dmytro Kuleba is the son of Ivan Kuleba, a well-known Ukrainian diplomat. He was married to Yevheniia Anatoliivna Kuleba, who is the founder and manager of Misto-Sad. They have two children: Yegor and Lyubov.

Education

Dmytro graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he studied international law. After that, he continued his research at the postgraduate program of the same institute.

Career

Kuleba began his career in 2003, when he became an attaché in the Office of the Chief Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In 2005, he became the third secretary of the Legal Support Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

From 2005 to 2009, he served as the Third Secretary of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the International Organizations in Vienna (OSCE).

In 2010, he became First Secretary, Counselor, and Head of the Department of the Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In 2013, he became an advisor to the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.

In 2014, he became the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe.

From August 29, 2019 to March 4, 2020, he was Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.

Since March 4, 2020, he has served as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
