Biography of Valeriy Kharakoz:

Valeriy Kharakoz, Ukrainian entrepreneur, volunteer, president of the Good Hearts with You Foundation

He was born on 19.02.1981 in Novopetrivka village, Velykomykhailivskyi district, Odesa region

In 1998 Valeriy Kharakoz graduated from secondary school No. 45 in Mariupol and received a certificate of complete secondary education.

From 1998 to 2002 he studied at Berdiansk University of Management and Business, received a bachelor’s degree in law.

In 2002, he graduated from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University with a degree in law.

From 2003 to 2005 he studied at Donetsk National University, majoring in International Economics.

In 1998, Valeriy Kharakoz started his career at the State Tax Inspectorate of Mariupol as an inspector. In 2003, he was voluntarily dismissed from this position and hired by PJSC “Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol” as a leading marketer for the expansion of foreign sales markets, where he worked until 2010.

From 2011 to 2020, he held the positions of Commercial Director and General Director of the Ukrainian-French Enterprise La Siren LLC. Under the leadership of Valeriy Kharakoz, an efficient production cycle for the manufacture of metal structures with a logistics hub was created, including a system of warehouses, relevant equipment and vehicles developed throughout Ukraine.

From 2020 to the present day, Valeriy Kharakoz has been managing systemic projects, institutional assets and investment objects in industrial production using venture capital financing models to create national-level socio-economic ecosystems that will contribute to prosperity and improve the quality of life of people.

Since 2021 yr. Valeriy Kharakoz headed the Charitable Foundation “Kind Hearts with You”, which, before the full-scale invasion, focused on helping children and the elderly. After the outbreak of hostilities, the foundation focused its efforts on actively helping the military by delivering equipment and humanitarian aid to the front line and to civilian evacuees, children and families from the most vulnerable groups of the population, providing them with housing, food packages, medical and psychological assistance.

Valeriy Kharakoz is an active volunteer aimed at forming a community that develops around educational programs and projects for its early sustainability and effectiveness. To popularize and develop football in our country, improve children’s sports skills, and strengthen friendly relations between sports organizations, he organizes charity football tournaments for children.
